1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PingMaster ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PingMaster provides website and infrastructure uptime monitoring, alerting, public status pages, and related dashboard features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written consent
• Upload malicious content or abuse alert channels (email, webhooks, integrations)

5. Plans and Billing

Free and paid plans are subject to usage limits described at registration and on the pricing page. Paid plans may be activated manually. Fees are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingMaster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for extended non-payment on paid plans. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal data.
