Offboard Diagnostic Information System Service (ODIS Service) ODS9219E Error

If a diagnostic device with ODIS Service application update V2.0.2 is used to perform immobilizer adaptations, SVM, and transmit GFF logs, the following error message may appear:
Until further notice, resolve the error as follows:

  1. From the ODIS Service user interface, go to: Admin > Connections > Brand settings > Connection types – Ensure Internet is selected (NOT CPN):
  2. Then go to Admin > Connections > Group system: Logon – Click Reset: Note: Nothing will change on the screen:

  4. Shut down and restart ODIS Service
  5. Restart the diagnostic session etc.
